WHAT TO EXPECT

ARRIVAL

Log into Zoom. Find a quiet and private space to lie down comfortably. Have water nearby and a blanket within reach. Music is already playing.

BREATHWORK

Your guide leads you into a rhythmic, connected breathing pattern. The breath itself is simple. What it creates is not. As the practice deepens, what the body has been holding begins to have room to move. Nothing is forced. The breath opens the door. Your body decides what is ready to walk through it.

INTEGRATION

Equal in importance to the active practice, this is where the body settles and reorganizes. Where the real work happens. You leave different than you arrived.

Lindsay Jensen-Evans

Lindsay has been practicing and teaching breathwork for more than a decade, trained across multiple lineages including somatic, integrative, and transformational traditions. Her private practice includes psychedelic-assisted journey work, integration coaching, and one-on-one breathwork sessions.

She came to this work not as a teacher first but as someone genuinely searching, and found in breathwork what years of other practice could not reach. Her role in Studio is not to direct your experience but to create the conditions where something deeper can surface on its own.

Jenni Maiwald Wendell

Jenni has spent more than fifteen years creating spaces where people exhale and remember themselves. Her practice draws from ThetaHealing, heart-brain coherence research, the eight-limb path of yoga, somatic movement, and dance. She founded Just Be Yoga, still spoken about with longing by the thousands of women who found their way there. In Studio she brings the same quality of presence — warm, precise, and in service of what your body needs to open.

Trained in Wild Soul Breathwork and Somatics, psychology, holistic health, energy medicine, and yoga. More than twenty years at the intersection of human potential and conscious business. She guides from the authority of someone doing the inner work and the outer work in the same lifetime.
